The beds are too hard, lacking comfort, and the mini-bar is just a small fridge stocked with sodas, with extra charges for consumption. No swim-up bars or the ability to enjoy drinks in the pool add to a somewhat underwhelming experience overall.

the bed felt like a slab of rock, and don't even get me started on the drinks. flat beer and tasteless wine? really? as a matter of fact, i almost gave them a glowing review but just couldn't. after all, i expected a warm welcome, not this lukewarm experience. i'm still shaking my head over it.

I loved my stay! The beach felt like my own private paradise, and the attentive bar staff kept the excellent drinks flowing all day. The all-inclusive option was a delight. The food was varied and fresh, especially on Mexican night when we enjoyed fantastic live music!
